I wanted to write to you now to express my satisfaction with the deal which was ultimately struck, but in particular, wanted to mention to you that I found the determination and professionalism show by Liz Aoun to be most refreshing. Under difficult circumstances Liz, whilst not being in the slightest bit pushy was not prepared to take no for an answer. I had decided to look elsewhere but Liz kept on it until I ultimately agreed to the deal.
As a committed BMW owner (the new car is my fifth and I also currently own a Z3) when asked by any friends where they should look or their next car I will have no hesitation but to refer them to Liz.
