I Nivine Dodar & Mohamad Mohanna would like to say our many thanks to Elizabeth Aoun on her great help in assisting us on our new BMW 325i Convertible for me and my husband who have been looking at getting a car for the last 8 months. We previously bought our BMW 320 and X5 from (another BMW dealership) about 3 years ago , we went to (that dealership) to look at the 3 Series convertible and although our previous cars were bought from there Mohamad & I did not find them very assisting to our needs,  we were also looking at a Mercedes Benz. Then we came to Sylvania BMW as just to have a look and get some prices on different models.

We were approached by Elizabeth Aoun and she was extremely helpful, polite and I would highly recommend her in any job for her great skills and her passion towards what she is selling, it was very easy to attract us and motivate us to purchase our new vehicle from your showroom. On no intention did we go in to purchase a new car from your showroom that day. We saw such a difference between the sales people in (the other BMW dealership) and Elizabeth Aoun in which she proves to be very motivated, keen and very honest and well fitted to the job she does.

Mohamad and I left your showroom with a purchase of a brand new BMW although we had just been to a Mercedes Benz dealership beforehand, her great skills and dedication sold us on our vehicle. My husband is now also looking at getting an X5 as well and all due credit is to this wonderful person Elizabeth Aoun.
